How To Use Elementor To Edit Any Page

3 min read

Buldiva Pro uses Elementor for all page editing. Depending on the section, there are two different editing methods available:

  • Component-Based Editing
  • Direct Section Editing

Both methods work inside Elementor and can be used on any imported page.

Opening A Page In Elementor #

To edit any page:

  • Go to Pages
  • Open the page you want to edit
  • Click Edit with Elementor

The page will then open inside the Elementor editor.

Method 1: Editing A Component-Based Section #

Some Buldiva sections use reusable components from the Wirabase Toolkit. These sections display the widget:

Wkit – Components

Examples include:

  • About sections
  • Vision & Mission sections
  • Team sections
  • Logo sections
  • Reusable content blocks

When you click the section, you will see a panel similar to:

  • Choose Components
  • Edit Component button

To edit the content:

  • Click the component section on the page
  • In the left panel, confirm which component is selected
  • Click Edit Component
  • A popup or new editor window will appear
  • Edit the content inside the component
  • Click Update
  • Close the popup and return to the page

The changes will automatically appear everywhere that component is used.

Important:

If the same component is used on multiple pages, editing it once will update it across all pages.

For example, if you edit the “About – Block” component, every page using that same component will update automatically.

This is the best method for sections that you want to reuse globally across your website.

Method 2: Editing A Section Directly #

Other Buldiva sections are edited directly inside the current page without using reusable components.

Examples include:

  • Hero sections
  • Team headings
  • Text blocks
  • Buttons
  • Images
  • Icon lists
  • Custom layouts

When you click a direct section element, you will see Elementor widgets such as:

  • Heading
  • Text Editor
  • Image
  • Button
  • Wkit – Advanced Heading

To edit these sections:

  • Click the element directly on the page
  • The left Elementor panel will display the widget settings
  • Change the content as needed

For example, with the Advanced Heading widget you can edit:

  • Text Before Animated
  • Animated Text
  • Text After Animated

Example:

  • Text Before Animated: Experienced Professionals Dedicated To
  • Animated Text: Quality Construction
  • Text After Animated: Delivery

You can also edit:

  • Colors
  • Typography
  • Spacing
  • Alignment
  • Backgrounds

Once finished, click Update in Elementor.

How To Know Which Editing Method Is Being Used #

You are using Component-Based Editing if:

  • The widget name is Wkit - Components
  • You see a Choose Components dropdown
  • There is an Edit Component button

You are using Direct Section Editing if:

  • The widget is a normal Elementor widget
  • You can edit the text immediately from the left panel
  • There is no Edit Component button

When To Use Each Method #

Use Component-Based Editing when:

  • You want the same section reused across multiple pages
  • You want changes to apply globally
  • You are editing reusable blocks like About, Team, or Logo sections

Use Direct Section Editing when:

  • You only want to change content on one specific page
  • You want more flexibility for unique layouts
  • You are editing page-specific headings, text, or buttons

Save Your Changes #

After editing either type of section:

  • Click the green Update button in Elementor
  • Refresh the page preview
  • Confirm that your changes appear correctly on the frontend

If you edited a component and do not see the changes immediately, clear your cache and reload the page.
